Hola que tal mis queridos lectores hoy les voy a mostrar como rebobinar un cautín que ha dejado de calentar, primero que nada si son MENORES DE EDAD es necesario que le pidan ayuda a un adulto ya que estaremos trabajando con electricidad, para esto necesitaremos una serie de partes y herramientas que utilizaremos en dicho proceso, yo no solo rebobine el cautín si no que lo arme casi desde cero porque lo único que tenia de él era solo la base que sostiene la punta con su punta, así que vamos allá.

Lo primero que debemos hacer es conseguir todas las partes que vamos a utilizar y aquí les diré donde yo conseguí la mayoría de ellas.

El alambre de Nicrom ( lo más importante) lo conseguí al igual que el interruptor al desarmar un secador de pelo que estaba dañado y no tenía arreglo en lo absoluto, este es el único que se puede usar ya que es un tipo de alambre que puede llegar a muy altas temperaturas y no se sulfatara, es decir no se va a partir por calentarse demasiado.

El cable con protector térmico lo saque de un microondas que estaba quemado, es el cable rojo que está en la foto con los terminales o conectores (no sé cómo lo conozcan ustedes).

Las coberturas de fibra de vidrio las encontré en una tostadora de pan que estaba totalmente desarmada es muy resistente al calor perfecta para el uso que le vamos a dar le pueden dar el visto bueno con un encendedor ya que al tratar de quemarla no lo hará tan fácil.

Los conectores macho y hembra los recupere de un cargador de mini laptop que ya no servía.

Procedimiento:
1.- Unimos el cargador de 16v a al conector macho identificando cual es el positivo y negativo.
Procedure:

2.- conectamos el conector hembra y distribuimos con los terminales los cables entre dicho conector y el interruptor.

3.- conectamos al cargador y procedemos hacer una prueba de corriente conectándole un led a ambas polaridades.

4.- procedemos a ensamblar el circuito que Ya hemos armado a la linterna que usaremos como base de nuestro cautín.

5.- medimos unos 30cm del alambre de nicrom con el metro, medida que utilizaremos para armar nuestra nueva bobina.

6.- desarmamos la base de la punta del cautin y le quitamos toda la bobina dañada, medimos y la cobertura térmica y cortamos el exceso de la misma con ayuda de una tijera dejándola de la siguiente manera.

7.- procedemos a enrollar el alambre de nicrom por encima de la cobertura de fibra de vidrio de forma separada y sin tocar NINGUNA DE LAS EXTREMIDADES de lo que sujeta la punta del cautín ya que esto puede ocasionar un corto circuito.
7.- we proceed to wind the nichrome wire over the fiberglass covering separately and without touching ANY OF THE EXTREMITIES of what holds the tip of the soldering iron since this can cause a short circuit.
8.- conectamos el positivo en una punta y el negativo en la otra punta de nuestra bobina utilizando cobertura de fibra de vidrio para evitar que ambas puntas se toquen entre si y no toquen el cilindro que recubre dicha bobina.

9.- ya después de haber realizado todos estos pasos procederemos a conectarle la corriente a nuestro cautín y realizamos la prueba a ver si es capaz de derretir el estaño y soldar, lo muestro en el siguiente gift.
