As an onboarder, he has the responsibility to monitor your activity and help you on your journey, which he clearly hasn't done. You have deleted and reposted your VERY FIRST post, which is abuse on day one. Then you have deleted another post of yours after about two weeks and reposted it, to get more rewards.
