Inherited and learned behavior's

in OCDyesterday

‎ Behavior refers to the way people react or conduct themselves in a particular situation or environment.‎ It comprises actions, interaction and responses often influenced by genetics, learning and experiences. Inherited behavior are characters transfer from parents, to their offspring

‎ I have seen a situation whereby a mother of five had incredible and nice behavior and her children, although did not grow up with her, three of her children still possess some of her behaviour . While the remaining two inherited their father's behavior which was actually nothing to write home about compared to their mother's behavior. Now the question is, why didn't the remaining two possess their mom trait? This is the part that left some people confused, and questions like '' if it's something inherited why are the remaining two different!? why didn't the five of the children possess the same character or behavior.

‎ According to science this is what is called dominant inheritance. Dominate inheritance is a situation whereby one parent trait has a stronger expression, overriding the other parents genes. ‎The truth is that it's common for siblings to exhibit different behaviors, reflecting their unique blend of genetics. ‎Some might resonate more with one parent's traits while others take on different characters.

‎ This will take us to the ''learned behaviors. ‎Learned behaviors are responses, character's or actions acquired through experience, learning or environment. These are shaped by external factors. These behaviors are mostly learned, practiced and taught. You can see a twin from the same fetus very identical in nature, once they are separated from each other for years they must climatically change. the way they present their speech, mode of their dressing and belief. One might believe wearing a short dress is fashionable while the other may think it is part of portraying indecent characters. All these they might have learned or experience that influences their mode of living either be good or bad.

!

‎### Let's take a few look at the following examples:

‎i. Experience: this is the trait we learned from past happening, or what we have seen or thought of e.g, life events, errors and trials, can really shape or influence your ways of living.

‎ii. Environment: this can be our parents, culture, social interaction and surroundings. This is the most vital place which can have a lot of effects on a child's upbringing.
looking at it from this perspective; as guidance you can't be naughty, in front of a female child and you expect her to be decent, no. You have opened her mentally and taught her that bringing or following guys is just normal and part of living. children learn and only a child with the fear of God and grace would stop her from following such part.
‎ Although these behaviors can be changed, corrected, or modified through practice, relearning, or reinforcement. Unlike inherited behavior which can'not be easily changed or corrected.

‎### Thanks for your time, Luv all❣️
