Introduction

As the questions keep coming, I have no options than to keep on explaining different aspects of the Hive platform to my new friends that just joined as a result of my on-boarding efforts. I normally set a goal to bring in 7 new friends every week. Am doing pretty fine on reaching the goal. Thanks so much once more @roomservice for providing the platform http://hiveonboard.com/ to create new accounts for my friends.

So whats that little number on top of my page? That was the question that prompted this post. One of my new friends wanted to know about the numbers and other stuff found on top of her page. I made an illustration on this page to explain all that

1. Your profile picture
2. A brief bio about you
3. Your name and surname
4. Your reputation: This number goes up as people upvote your posts
5. The number of people that follow you
6. How many posts (Including comments) you have made.
7. How many people you are following.
8. Your location
9. Your website (If you have one)
10. Your Hive power: Your Hive power determines how much posts will earn when you vote for them. It also determines your own curation rewards
11. The number of articles you have written.
12. When last you performed an activity on the platform
13. When your signed up on hive
14. All the posts you did not publish in a community are found here. Also all the posts you reblogged are found here.
15. The comments you replied are here
16. The communities you have joined
17. Check here to see your notifications
18. Where your money is kept
19. This is where you can go to change everything from 1-18
