There's this gap in information and awareness about sex which I wanna talk about.
Many young girls aren't told or taught about body autonomy or what it is before they start having sex. The few who know about body autonomy learn it as they grow older but many don’t.
A lack of this information would have girls having sex with id!ots, blaming the society or boyfriends, without taking responsibility for their own bodies. I mean, I read posts online every time about how young girls are pressured, manipulated
and blackmailed to give in to sex by the society, friends and even family.
I'm an advocate of sexual purity, however, we can't shut our eyes to the reality that young girls are having sex, unprotected sex and would continue to do under our noses, in this sex-indulging society. And this would continue to happen whether we accept this reality or not.
We all know how to take care of our bodies physically. I mean, you know when to have your bath, and shave your privates. You don't need anyone to do that for you or tell you when to have your bath right? How about transferring this same "control" to our sexual lives.
