Well, I'll certainly not confuckulate the excuse I give the Director for not winning that business due to client-meeting confuckulation.
In truth it didn't go that bad. I've probably for a 70% chance of winning the client...It's not good as my conversion rate is normally over 90%...Can't win them all I guess right?
Yeah, you do what you can. 70% is pretty good on its own but standards you know. Well, I hope things work out in your favour.
It'll work out, either way. I don't beat myself up over it...been doing this for 20 years and a person has to take the good with the bad. I always evaluate my meetings and in this case I know what I could have done differently, and so will be be better next time this type of client presents themselves.
