There are many things the existing members of this community should do, all of them, and yet they don't. It's human nature I think, to live in hope without taking action.
I'm not the live in hope guy and so take an active role in my own account here, promoting others when I can in my own, possibly ineffective, way knowing that onboarding and retaining new people is the way forward.
I don't know if what I do, the several hundred comments I leave and the 13-14 posts each week, mean anything at all to anyone but me, but what I know is that if all of us, everyone, left 10 comments a week over two new users the blockchain would be in better shape. But alas, many would prefer others to do the heavy lifting.
But I'm a small fish so what do I know? I just do my thing and hope that it has some positive affect for others.
Thanks for your reply, I greatly appreciate it.
