In my process as a student to interpret contemporary dance, EH had a very productive approach with the audiovisual arts.
En mi proceso como estudiante para interprete de danza contemporánea EH tenido un acercamiento muy productivo con las artes audiovisuales.
At the university I shared with various people who were studying this branch of art. But it was through the documentation of my daily improvisations in my living room and the study of each one of them that I found an efficient and intelligent way to study my mobility and that of anyone who dares to try it.
En la universidad compartí con diversas personas que estudiaban esta rama del arte. Pero fue a través de la documentación de mis improvisaciones diarias en la sala de mi casa y el estudio de cada una de ellas donde encontré una manera eficaz e inteligente para el estudio de mi movilidad y la de cualquiera que se anime a intentarlo.
All our mobility is controlled by the mind, that is to say that if we understand something first from analysis or observation before doing it physically, it is likely that it will come out much better than if we only act. If we observe ourselves moving studiously, we can develop your awareness in relation to the different space, not only that you will be able to have a notion of how you could see yourself before arriving at the level of perception. This not only helps us to face on stage but is also a tool for the study of our own mobility as I see myself, how I project myself, what I like to be and what I would like to change. Knowing yourself is fundamental not only as part of the environment but also as an individual who interacts collectively but thinks in singularity.
Toda nuestra movilidad esta controlado por la mente es decir que si entendemos algo primero desde el análisis o la observación antes de realizarlo físicamente es probable que nos salga mucho mejor que si solo accionamos. Si nos observamos moviéndonos estudiosamente podemos desarrollar una conciencia tuya en relación con el espacio diferente no solo eso podrás tener noción de como podrías verte antes de llegar trabaja el nivel de percepción. Esto no solo nos ayuda para enfrentar en escenario si no que es una herramienta para el estudio de la movilidad propia como me veo, como me proyecto, que me gusta ser y que desearía cambiar. El conocerte de fundamental no solo como parte del medio si no también como un individuo que se relaciona en colectivo pero piensa en singularidad .
This turned out to be a project carried out by manaure Paredes and me that was published on Facebook in 2019 under the name of improvising with the cat. It was not only the director but also the one who proposed me to record myself and the study of those recordings developed another notion of what I do, another way of expressing myself not only from the body but also from the screen.
Esto resultó siendo un proyecto realizado por manaure paredes y mi persona que se publico por facebook en el 2019 bajo el nombre de improvisando con el gato. No solo fue el realizador si no también el que me propuso grabarme y el estudio de esas grabaciones desarrollaron otra noción de lo que hago otra manera de expresarme no solo desde el cuerpo si no también desde la pantalla.
