Spiny softshell turtle (Apalone spinifera)
Spiny softshell turtle is a very beautiful and its life span is more than other species of turtle.It is one of the common seen freshwater turtle in the world.It is found in the are of North American countries.The female turtle of this turtle grows more about 18 inches long in carapace size.In Canada and Mexican this kind of turtle is found and it is long-lived.
It needs about 8-10 years to reach in the maturity of sexual.This turtle can alive more than 50 years.he species gets its name from the small spines that project from the upper front portion of its carapace, making it look even more like its long-lost dinosaur relatives!
