When Corona Ends ... A Happy Starting With my ToDO List..

Hello Everyone,

This post is in response to the initiative by @theycallmedan; for sharing our views/thoughts that we would like to do once this pandemic situation is over. First, I'll start by thanking Mr.Dan for having these initiatives run quite often and as a result, I basically get to hear many perspectives - which ultimately gives you some direction in case if you are lost or need some motivation from other people stories. So THANK YOU DAN.

Coming to the point directly here is a list of activities that I would like to pursue when we get rid of this Corona situation..

Activity No.1 - Visit my Home Town - DELHI..

I currently stay in Bangalore which is in the southern part of India. My family stays in Delhi. Normally once in a year, I visit my home town. It's during this time of the Year which is April-May here in Bangalore the Schools are closed for a Summer break and after that, a new session starts.

Therefore we plan holidays during this time frame but due to the current situation all got canceled. But no regrets as Safety is Must... Hence, as soon as we overcome the corona situations, I did like to Visit my Family first.

Activity No.2 - Get Back to doing Group Meditation

I'm on a spiritual journey as well. Where I do YOGA daily followed by guided Mediation. I Just simply love mediation - As it gives me great satisfaction or you can say inner peace. The experience that I've gained while doing Meditation cannot be expressed in Words.. It's just a great feeling believe me am not joking. If you haven't tried mediation in your life then I would suggest you do give it a shot.. try with any guided mediation they are many on Youtube and other social media websites..

Why do I say Group Mediation?

Its because when you do mediation in a group it's said that there is more positive energy/vibes around when you meditate in a group. Just a belive and I prefer doing it with my Mediation group friends.. daily in the morning.. So looking forward to it sooner or later.

Activity No.3 - A Family Dinner Date::

It's been more than 1.5 months since we are at home and eating home-cooked food. Yes!! we all know that home-cooked food is healthy and hygienic. Here in India, you have a vast variety of delicacies from different types of sweets to different food dishes that are famous in each part of Indian states are all just too good to have them once in a while - When You Dine out with your family.

So definitely looking forward to a Dinner Date with Family as soon as we get rid of this Corona stuff; this quarantine has made me realize that outside food every once in a while adds delicacy and taste to my taste buds.

Activity No.4 - Meet up with Friends::

I have been missing meeting my girl's gang for almost 2 months now. We have been planning all sorts of potluck ideas once the quarantine is over and we get to meet. So yes!! once we are done with this quarantine thing I am going to meet my 10+ girls gang and have a blast. It's my kitty group girls and before the Corona stuff we use to hang out once in a month in any one of our friend's house..

Believe me its just one of a great way of bursting out all the stress that you have gathered in a while, joke around with friends, playing games like housy, tombola, the time just flies when you are with your friends and its like - how the heck its 5:00PM that now we have to leave for our houses... So Friends meet-up for sure is planned and sure things to do without fail..Looking forward to meet all my dear friends..

Activity No.5 Shopping Spree LinedUp as Well::

I had never imagined that I would go without shopping for anything for like two months in a row. By anything I mean clothes, accessories, awesome bags, sandals, etc. Even my daughter would love to go on a shopping spree so once this quarantine is over I will go for loads and loads of shopping. I've already started telling my hubby that our shopping is due for a long time - So you better get ready - as we have[myself and my kids] have prepared a long list of shopping essentials.

Activity No.6 - Pursue my certification - CISSP

Before this Corona situation cropped up, I had enrolled for CISSP certification classes. CISSP - Stands for Certified Information Systems Security Professional. One of my close colleagues had suggested I go for this certification and after giving a lot of thought I invest around $1000 dollars initially in buying books and the classes. I was not able to complete the coaching classes which was for 2 Weeks. Currently, I'm reading the Sybex Book which covers all the 8 domains that you are required to know or get familiar with it. Its very comprehensive books covering all the topics in detail.

My target is to get CISSP certified by the end of the Year 2020. Hence once things settle down - I'll pursue my coaching classes and complete all the lab assignments, get ready for the certification and at the end of this year around November/December 2020 sit for the CBT; computer-based test..

So wish me Luck so that I come out with flying colors.

A Final, note let us stand by each other during these difficult times and pray that this Corona situation doesn't get worse and finally this Corona should get eradicated SOON...

It'd always be better to eat at home. However, as you said, one should prefer going to dine outside with their family to recharge their body and mind.
