Successful recovery of lost STEEM on Poloniex

first of all I would like to apologize if I am not allowed to post here.
I wanted to use your reach to tell you and all others about a positive experience I drew in case of some lost STEEMIT on Poloniex.

Maybe someone else has had the same thing happen or we can warn someone not to make the same mistake I did.

What happened?

I had published a post here talking about my lost STEEM that I lost in an erroneous transaction.

While I had already read through the FAQs at Poloniex and it was repeatedly pointed out that Poloniex no longer had any control over the coins after the withdraw.

A good advice

The user @der-prophet encouraged me to contact Poloniex support directly. I did so and received a response within a few hours. My STEEMIT were back in my wallet. :-)
All's well that ends well! :-)

And I immediately exchanged them with 50% profit directly into BTC. :-)

Conclusion

It is always worthwhile to look for direct contact. That often helps.
I know that Poloniex and #justin #Sun is a topic with a lot of conflict potential. But here it was the support of Poloniex that really worked great.

zuerst möchte ich mich entschuldigen, falls ich hier nicht posten darf.
Ich wollte eure Reichweite nutzen um von einem positiven Erlebnis in Zusammenarbeit mit Poloniex berichten.
Vielleicht ist schon mal jemandem das selbe passiert oder wir können jemanden warnen, nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich zu machen.

Was ist passiert?

Ich hatte mich zwar schon durch die FAQs bei Poloniex gelesen und dabei wurde wiederholt darauf hingewiesen, dass Poloniex nach dem Withdraw keinerlei Kontrolle mehr über die Coins habe.

Ein guter Vorschlag...

Der User @der-prophet hatte mich dazu ermuntert, bei Poloniex einfach mal den Support direkt anzuschreiben. Das habe ich dann getan und erhielt innerhalb weniger Stunden eine Rückmeldung. Die Transaktion wurde storniert. Meine STEEMIT waren wieder zurück in meiner Wallet. :-)

Und die habe ich gleich mal mit 50% Gewinn direkt in BTC getauscht. :-)

Fazit

Es lohnt sich immer, auch mal den direkten Kontakt zu suchen. Das hilft oft weiter.
Ich weiss, dass Poloniex und #justin #Sun ein Thema mit viel Konfliktpotential ist. Aber hier war es der Support von Poloniex, der wirklich super funktioniert hat.
