maybe this will help: on Hive, we can all be owners of this platform. I think once we shift our thinking to "this is my platform, where i am a part owner" things can change. I am glad however that you created this honest video where you delve into the problems. I enjoy this honest feedback, and encourage you to keep exploring these issues. Please though, don't quit creating content.
I guess I know have to think on ways to explore this more and maybe start something that will help more people with similar problems and ideals to try and make a difference for everyone else. Maybe find ways to take over the trending pages everywhere with trash posts ehehe just to annoy everyone lol
