Empecé en esta disciplina gracias a mi amigo @Arin-alkassem. Poco a poco, fui aprendiendo y gustando del deporte, apasionándome por la parte dinámica del freestyle, y estoy trabajando en mejorar mis estáticos.
Quiero agradecer a esta organización y familia (SWC) que actualmente está apoyando nuestra disciplina y de la cual formo parte. Gracias a este gran amigo, me familiaricé con el mundo de la calistenia y el street workout, una disciplina que ahora forma parte de mi vida y me ha ayudado muchísimo físicamente. No solo estoy más fuerte que nunca, sino que tengo muchísima más resistencia que antes. La calistenia transformó mi cuerpo y mente: gané fuerza, flexibilidad y disciplina, superando límites que creía imposibles. Cada entrenamiento es un reto que me empuja a mejorar, construyendo no solo músculos, sino también una gran confianza en mí mismo.
Conocí Hive gracias a mi amigo @Arin-alkassem. Teníamos tiempo sin hablar y, recientemente, me habló sobre la comunidad de Hive y el gran apoyo que le está dando al deporte de la calistenia. Me sonó muy interesante y le dije que quería formar parte de la comunidad de SWC.
I started this discipline thanks to my friend @Arin-alkassem. Little by little, I began to learn and enjoy the sport, becoming passionate about the dynamic part of freestyle, and I'm working on improving my statics.
I want to thank this organization and family (SWC) that is currently supporting our discipline and of which I'm now a part. Thanks to this great friend, I became familiar with the world of calisthenics and street workout, a discipline that is now part of my life and has helped me immensely physically. Not only am I stronger than ever, but I also have much more endurance than before. Calisthenics transformed my body and mind: I gained strength, flexibility, and discipline, overcoming limits I thought were impossible. Each workout is a challenge that pushes me to improve, building not only muscles but also great self-confidence.
I learned about Hive thanks to my friend @Arin-alkassem. We hadn't spoken in a while, and recently, he told me about the Hive community and how much it's supporting the sport of calisthenics. It sounded very interesting to me, and I told him I wanted to be part of the SWC community.
