Dalgona coffee is a creamy coffee mixture that sits on milk that makes a good Instagram/Hive worthy post!
Recipe:
Add 2 tablespoons white sugar, 2 tablespoons instant coffee and 2 tablespoons hot water.
Mix with a whisk for a few minutes talking. And you get the below
Add cold milk to a cup. Or hot milk.
Scoop creamy coffee mixture onto the top of the cup.
Fill cup up to the top with creamy coffee.
Enjoy!
Rating: Strong but sweet. Drink earlier in the day if you're really going to have 2 tablespoons of coffee! Good for the novelty, probably won't be an everyday occurance!
