Hola, que tal amigos y amigas de Hive, mi nombre es Raull Rivero, tengo 22 años y soy un atleta de Streed workout, actualmente llevaba mucho sin entrenar debido a problemas personales, pero soy muy competitivo y apasionado con este hermoso deporte, tengo mucho conocimiento sobre el deporte y me gustaría mucho compartirlo, mi hobby; es entrenar y viajar.

Siempre de pequeño mis padres me inculcaron la vida sana y el deporte, debido a eso desde muy pequeño quizás los 11, entrene diversos deportes y no fue asta hace ya unos 3 años que comencé como tal la calistenia, ahora amo este deporte como a ninguno, la verdad me llena y me siento apasionado hacia todas las ramas del deporte, la verdad soy muy competitivo tengo sueños de viajar a otros países y representar el mío, ganar reconocimientos de los mejores atletas, ser un ejemplo a seguir para las personas y causar un cambio en ellos, para que sigan la vida y disciplina deportiva..
Always as a child my parents instilled in me the healthy life and sport, because of that since I was very young maybe 11, I trained various sports and it was not until about 3 years ago that I started as such calisthenics, now I love this sport like no other, the truth fills me and I feel passionate about all branches of sport, the truth is very competitive I have dreams of traveling to other countries and represent mine, win awards from the best athletes, be an example to follow for people and cause a change in them, to follow the life and sporting discipline.

Bueno chicos y chicas de esta hermosa comunidad como todas saben asta ahora, el streed workout no es tan conocido, sin embargo esta ganando reconocimientos, muchos jóvenes están prestando mas atención al deporte y poco a poco estamos ganando reconocimiento a nivel mundial, una de mis metas es dar mi pequeño grano de arena para que el deporte se vuelva mas reconocido, empezar a viajar por los estados para luego ir a países, ganar reconocimientos, y también brindar conocimientos para incentivar a mas personas a que se unan a este grandioso deporte.
Well boys and girls of this beautiful community as you all know so far, the streed workout is not so well known, however it is gaining recognition, many young people are paying more attention to the sport and little by little we are gaining recognition worldwide, one of my goals is to give my small grain of sand for the sport to become more recognized, start traveling through the states and then go to countries, win awards, and also provide knowledge to encourage more people to join this great sport.

Paso de contarles un poco de mi a contarles mas sobre esta disciplina, como tal contamos con 3 bases, las cuales son básicos, dinámicos y estáticos estos mismos son muy versátiles ya que se pueden practicar el cualquier sitio ya sea en el piso de tu casa, unas barras cercanas o incluso unas simples paralelas, lo cual es lo mejor por que te quita escusas para entrenar, siendo el único obstáculo tu mismo. Paso a explicar cada una de las bases;

  • Básicos; para mi la base principal de todas las demás, al comenzar todos debemos pasar por esta base para después aventurarnos a las demás, esta base también es cómoda ya que cada cosa cuenta, puedes empezar desde flexiones en el piso, dips en paralelas y dominadas en barra fija son fundamentales para este deporte, que con ayuda de dormir bien y una buena alimentación puedes llegar a controlar tu peso a la perfección

  • Dinámicos; para mi la base, que explota tu versatilidad y agilidad debes entrenar resistencia, agilidad y fuerza para dominar bien esta rama del deporte, recuerden que la practica hace al maestro, es una rama que lleva muchos giros u ( o piruetas) lo que mas nos hace parecer a la gimnasia por ende es recomendable practicar con arena... en parques hechos para el mismo, o incluso un colchón para evitar lecciones de malas caídas o raspones, el miedo es el principal enemigo de esta rama, pero pienso que con dedicación todo se puede.

  • Estáticos; para mi mi rama favorita, como su palabra lo dicta son posiciones estáticas del cuerpo donde se cuenta con fuerza y resistencia muscular para llegar a desafiar la gravedad y contiene posturas olímpicas tales como la full plancha o el frot lever, a esta rama hay que dedicarle buen tiempo y dedicación si se quiere subir por la misma, la debilidad para esta rama seria la falta de disciplina y dedicación.
I will tell you a little about myself to tell you more about this discipline, as such we have 3 bases, which are basic, dynamic and static these are very versatile as they can be practiced anywhere either on the floor of your house, a nearby bars or even a simple parallel bars, which is the best because it takes away excuses to train, being the only obstacle yourself. I will explain each of the basics;

  • Basics; for me the main base of all the others, when starting we all must go through this base to then venture into the others, this base is also comfortable because everything counts, you can start from push-ups on the floor, dips in parallel and pull-ups on fixed bar are fundamental for this sport, with the help of good sleep and a good diet you can get to control your weight to perfection.

  • Dynamics; for me the base, which exploits your versatility and agility you must train endurance, agility and strength to master this branch of the sport, remember that practice makes perfect, is a branch that takes many turns or (or pirouettes) which makes us more like gymnastics therefore it is advisable to practice with sand ... in parks made for the same, or even a mattress to avoid bad falls or scratches lessons, fear is the main enemy of this branch, but I think that with dedication anything can be done.

  • Static; for my favorite branch, as its word dictates are static positions of the body where you have strength and muscular endurance to get to defy gravity and contains Olympic postures such as the full plancha or frot lever, this branch must devote good time and dedication if you want to go up it, the weakness for this branch would be the lack of discipline and dedication.


Bueno chicos como ya les dije quiero ser un ejemplo a seguir y dar motivación a que den el primer paso a este hermoso deporte, les hará bien tanto como mental y físicamente, llegando a liberar el estrés diario, y dándoles una razón para seguir, siempre puedes contar con nosotros los que ya estamos avanzados en el deporte para brindar una guía y motivación misma a entrar a este deporte, creando un gran ambiente amistad, y conexiones a la hora de competir, no dudes en empezar cuanto antes, y motivar a mas amistades a entrenar, no hace falta tener mucho para este deporte y eso es lo genial del mismo, tu mismo puedes crecer como persona y como atleta, así que los invito a que comiencen y cambien su forma de vida a un mas saludable.
Well guys as I said I want to be an example to follow and give motivation to take the first step to this beautiful sport, it will do you good both mentally and physically, getting to release the daily stress, and giving you a reason to continue, you can always count on us who are already advanced in the sport to provide guidance and motivation to enter this sport, creating a great atmosphere of friendship, and connections when competing, do not hesitate to start as soon as possible, and motivate more friends to train, you do not need to have much for this sport and that's the great thing about it, you yourself can grow as a person and as an athlete, so I invite you to start and change your way of life to a healthier one.
