Small change makes people uncomfortable to address, being a trainer makes it more difficult, work associates cannot fathom out how to address situation.

In time you will find your feet once again, experience counts, it is like riding a bicycle, it will all slowly fall back into place, perhaps a few minor adjustments.

I feel quite guilty of my behavior, even though it is what it is and I am doing my best. A strange feeling.

Out of body experience is how my son described breakdown, within family all is fine, when meeting friends or folk outside a different story. Give it time, try relax and not be too aware of it.
