I'm Kuro - My Autobiography Starts At Hive Today

in OCD2 years ago

Hi guys!
Today, I start my new journey at Hive - a wonderful platform that I just knew from my friend. She introduced me to this platform quite a while ago, but as a final year student, I put all my focus on studying to graduate. After completing my graduation exam, I am now waiting for my graduation day. I am quite free this time, I suddenly remember that my friend introduced me to this useful platform, so I contacted @dodovietnam to ask for his help, he is a very enthusiastic person who is willing to help when I have a question. I really appreciate it.

First of all, I want to introduce a little bit about myself so that I can make friends with you guys more easily. I'm Kuro - it means cat in Japanese, as you can guess, the reason I got this name is because I like cat, especially black cat. Actually, I come from Quang Ngai province which is located the center of Viet Nam. There are many delicious dishes here, I will definitely introduce you to some special dishes in the next articles. I am a final year student at X university, I will graduate in mid-September, so in my free time, I decided to write my blog and share my experiences on Hive before I submit my application for internship at a hospital in Da Nang.

I've been in Da Nang for more than 6 years, and I'm a person who likes to try new things in life, so I know a lot of places here such as nice cafes, beautiful views, delicious restaurants,...Hope you can follow my account to see more attraction places in the next articles.

As I said before, I'm a person who love to explore and learn new things, so I did quite a bit of work while studying. I used to be an Ielts teacher when I was a 3rd year student, a lot of students contacted me to sign up for my English courses, so I made extra income from my teaching in order to pay my living expenses. However, in my final year, I studied a lot, I was quite stressed when studying and working at the same time, so I decided to stop working for a while and just focus on studying for the final exam.

I think everyone has their own hobbies such as playing sports, reading online, taking beautiful photos, etc... Yeah, me too, I also have my own hobby, it helps me a lot in times of stress, so now I would like to introduce some of my hobbies.

Traveling

First, I really want to explore the world around me, I want to visit places I've never been before, so in my free time I often look for new places and start my trip. I know how to make money and I want to use it for my own good like rewarding myself with a trip after hard work. At the end of last month, I had a trip to Ba Na Hills with my friends who have worked with me for more than 1 year, there are a few people I have only worked with on social networks but have never met, they are from both the North and the South of Vietnam, so to celebrate 1 year, everyone gathered in Da Nang to travel here. This is my 3rd time coming here, the scenery here is still very beautiful. In addition, there are many areas under construction to provide visitors with new experiences. This is also an attractive place you must-go once when you have the opportunity to come to Da Nang. Below are some of my photos at some of the famous areas in Ba Na Hill. After returning from Ba Na Hill, we continue to move down to Hoi An old town the next day to visit and take some pictures.

Hoi An Old Town With My Friends

Visit Hue city

I usually do a lot of things in a week such as studying and doing, there are many times when I feel extremely stressed and pressured when I have to do many things at the same time. So every weekend I will find a lot of fun to refresh my mind, I will introduce you to some activities that I usually do such as:

Drawing

I'm not very good at drawing, but I know how to mix colors and paint the picture as I want. Below is my most recent work, I found a painting cafe shop near my apartment, so I decided to go there and try the coffee while freely finishing my drawing, as you can see, it took me about an hour to complete that drawing. Although it is not very beautiful, I am still quite satisfied with my work, because it helps me reduce the negative thoughts in my mind a lot when I focus on drawing.

Bowling

At the weekend, I often go to the supermarket to shop, I accidentally found an extremely attractive entertainment place that is the bowling alley. This is the place I go to most often when I want to exercise my body, it helps me to exercise both physically and mentally. I come here many times a month, so I know almost all the staff here, and I also made a membership card at this place, it saves me a lot of money. Although I was not familiar with this game at first, but after a short time, I gradually got used to it and considered it as my favorite sport. If you come to Da Nang but don't know where to hang out, I would recommend the bowling place that I often go there is the 5th floor of Lotte Mart Da Nang.

Making Pottery

I also had the experience of making pottery at people's houses in Thanh Ha Pottery Village - a famous sightseeing spot in Hoi An city. Coming here, you will be able to directly make simple pottery items through the enthusiastic guidance of people in this area. Once done, the clay is baked to dry, and you can take it home as a gift.

Drinking Coffee

One of my favorite things is finding a beautiful and quiet coffee shop where I can study and work. I often feel that studying and working at a coffee shop is better because it gives me a spacious and airy space to be creative and focused. Sometimes, I often go to coffee with my friends to discuss our studies and some future plans, which helps me to have a better orientation. My favorite drink is milk coffee, I really like its bitter and sweet taste, especially, it makes me feel conscious every time I work.

Last but not least, I'm a person who loves dog and cat, especially cat, that's why I took my nickname Kuro. Although I don't have cats in my home, I enjoy playing with them every time I see them at some coffee shop.

Why am I here?

I'm an introvert, I don't have many friends, I'm afraid to start a conversation with strangers at first meeting. However, when I discovered this helpful community, I think I can confidently write down my thoughts and experiences to people I've never met. Besides, I also want to make friends with people from different countries, I think this is an opportunity for me to change myself now. This is my first post on this platform, I hope you guys support me and my article so that I have more motivation to continue writing my autobiographical parts in this new journey. Best wishes for you guys!
