RE: You better like green

Oh yeah! I need me one them hats! And a cow wallet to go with it, I'm leaving my hat home and going full tourist on this one! No wonder Albertans seem to get along better with Australians then the rest of Canada, brothers and sisters from another land!

I think that's my fear of traveling abroad, I don't plan, I'm more of a go where ever the universe takes me. Most of my rockies trips are decided like the day before I leave, I pick a general area and go from there. I wasn't born here but came here on a trip, I just never left LMFAO. Like you, I love learning about nature, different plant and animal species, finding species at risk of extinction. Learning the history of the land is so rewarding. It makes for time consuming posts to do all this research for hours on end for my blog but I love it.

If I win a large enough sum, I'll think of you and we can all go on a small hive group massive tour of whatever we want to see, I have made some blogger friends on steemit/hive that love to travel (they draw for 70 million CAD here). Maybe someday hive$$ will go to the moon and all our past exploring will fund our future exploring! haha

I think Aussies and Canadians are similar in that they are fairly easy-going, a good match I think!

I like unstructured trips too, but when travelling abroad, due to the cost of travel from Australia, wandering aimless isn't efficient and often means not covering the ground we want to. We tend to base ourselves for a week in one location and explore around and move on from there to the next. It means we get to see each place more thoroughly.

I like the idea of the massive hive tour! Come on moon! 😁

We are pretty similar although Alberta is like the red-headed step child of Canada, it's different looking in from another country than living here. I imagine the costs add up without a proper itinerary. Spending a week in each location makes sense tho, you have a chance to truly visit and experience the location.

What do they call that? Positive affirmation? wishing it into existence #hive2themoon !

Haha, red-headed step child. That's funny.
