Homemade Ravioli Sunday...

Good morning Friends !!!


Today is Ravioli Sunday, a delicious pasta, in a square shape of Italian origin, which can be filled with different ingredients, and it is customary to accompany it with some type of sauce, it can be tomato, pesto, béchamel or any of your choice.

Today I will make this pasta for you, the ingredients to use are:

• 250 gr of wheat flour

• 3 eggs

• Salt

Preparation:

First we must make the dough, in a container or on your table, we place the wheat flour, and we open a volcano-type hole, We add the three eggs in the center and a little salt.


Then we incorporate the flour into the eggs little by little, until all the ingredients are mixed, I recommend kneading approximately 15 minutes so that you have a good dough.


Having a homogeneous mass, we cover it with kitchen plastic and it must take to the refrigerator for 30 minutes, this will allow the ravioli to work better.


At the end of that time, remove the dough from the refrigerator and proceed to stretch portions of the dough with the pasta laminator or the rolling pin until it is fine. It should be approximately 1.5 millimeters thick.


Once you have stretched the dough, it is time to put the filling, use ricotta cheese, and then cover with another sheet of dough.


Now it is time to cut the squares with the help of a knife and with a fork shape the edges so that they are sealed, Done !!! you have your fresh ravioli ....


The cooking of this pasta is approximately 3-4 minutes in a container with water boiling with salt.

In my case, accompany the ravioli with a homemade tomato sauce and a little Parmesan cheese ... a delight! ... Good appetite friends ...
