I didn't say anything about you upvoting your own post, but since you asked, upvoting yourself is not a good practice on Hive. Why not support someone else instead of putting money in your own pocket? If all the whales upvote themselves, there will be zero rewards for everyone else. So you understand why it is greedy to upvote yourself?
