If this the global authoritarian push, I think they've miscalculated, big time. Unrest is starting too soon.

Indeed. It could very well just be a coincidence of taking advantage of a crisis that developed "organically" from the press... for the media to push fear ... for what... to sell sensationalism... and no end game pursuit? With all the denial of correcting bad models and bad numbers... it seems a bit too orchestrated. The trust is being eroded indeed,a rightly so, about time some wake up. At the same time, some are doubling down on their loyalty to the state and experts.
