Hello Hive-community, what is going on?
I just saw some exciting news on Scorum.com, another blockchain projects which -similar as Hive- provides a blogging platform where users can share, vote and support their content. Post reward is offered in form of the Scorum Coin, which can then be staked as Scorum Power.
Sounds familiar? Yes it does! But there are some differences at Scorum. Until recently the platform was focusing on sports, therefor the blogging site was offering tons of different articles related to sports and gaming. In summer the new blogging site Scorum Worldwas launched, where users are welcomed to write and blog about all other non-sport related topics as well.
And in addition there is also betscorum.com, a website where you can place sport-related bets, using the Scorum coins you staked or earned from blogging. The biggest advantage of betscorum is, that they are COMMISSION FREE! Yes, the bets are placed and accepted only between the users!
And right now the Scorum team is working on NFT-games which they are planning to implement on the Scorum blockchain, therefor hopefully extending the use cases and gaining more attention and momentum.
But what is the news?
According to the announcement of the Scorum team, the partnership between both blockchain projects will enable Hive and Scorum users to connects their accounts and wallets, and to post content onto two blockchains at the same time and and also to receive rewards in both wallets!
For me as a Hive and Scorum user this is exciting news, especially when considering the next steps for the future. In phase two they are planning to integrate Scorum's NFT games into the Hive blockchain and in phase 3 they are thinking of an additional integration of Hive into the Scorum sports blogging platform as well as the formation of a joint betting exchange.
Hopefully after this announcement we will see some action soon, but I am quite positive that this cooperation will be beneficial for both, Hive and Scorum users.

Scorum Coin is traded at Hotbit Exchange and the recent coin price is about 0.045 $. If you consider the total coin supply of about 29 million coins you will realize that this project is still pretty underrated.
Of course nobody can be sure about the future, and I have seen many crypto projects appear and eventually disappear again. But I am optimistic that Scorum is a promising project and together with the expertise and experience of the Hive team will be able to thrive and succeed. Ich habe gerade einige spannende Neuigkeiten gelesen. Und zwar bei Scorum.com, einem weiteren Blockchain-Projekt, das - ähnlich wie Hive - eine Blogging-Plattform bietet, auf der Nutzer ihre Inhalte teilen, abstimmen und unterstützen können. Die Belohnung für die Beiträge wird in Form des Scorum Coin ausgegeben, welche dann als Scorum Power angelegt werden können.
Klingt vertraut? Ja, das tut es! Aber es gibt einige Unterschiede bei Scorum. Bis vor kurzem konzentrierte sich die Plattform auf Sport, daher bot die Blogging-Seite eine Menge verschiedener Artikel zum Thema Sport und Gaming. Im Sommer wurde die erweiterte Blogging-Seite Scorum World ins Leben gerufen, auf der die Nutzer auch über alle anderen, nicht sportbezogenen Themen schreiben und bloggen können.
Außerdem gibt es betscorum.com, eine Webseite, auf der man mit den Scorum-Coins, die man eingesetzt oder durch das Bloggen verdient hat, Sportwetten abschließen kann. Der größte Vorteil von betscorum ist, dass die Wetten gebührenfrei sind! Jawohl, die Wetten werden direkt zwischen den Nutzern abgeschlossen und akzeptiert!
Und im Moment arbeitet das Scorum-Team an NFT-Spielen, die sie auf der Scorum-Blockchain implementieren wollen, um so hoffentlich die Zahl der Anwendungsmöglichkeiten noch zu erweitern und mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Impulse zu erhalten.
Aber was gibt es Neues?
Laut der Ankündigung des Scorum-Teams wird es eine Partnerschaft zwischen Hive und Scorum geben. Die Kooperation der beiden Blockchain-Projekte wird es Hive- und Scorum-Nutzern ermöglichen, ihre Konten und Wallets miteinander zu verbinden, Inhalte auf zwei Blockchains gleichzeitig zu posten und auch Postrewards in beiden Wallets zu erhalten!
Für mich als Hive- und Scorum-Nutzer sind das aufregende Neuigkeiten, vor allem wenn man die nächsten Schritte für die Zukunft betrachtet. In Phase 2 planen sie, die NFT-Spiele von Scorum in die Hive-Blockchain zu integrieren, und in Phase 3 denken sie an eine zusätzliche Integration von Hive in die Scorum-Sportblogging-Plattform sowie an die Gründung einer gemeinsamen Wettbörse.
Nach dieser Ankündigung werden wir hoffentlich bald Taten sehen, aber ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass diese Zusammenarbeit sowohl für Hive- als auch für Scorum-Nutzer von Vorteil sein wird.
Wenn ihr also noch kein Scorum-Konto habt, empfehle ich euch, Scorum.com zu besuchen und euch noch heute anzumelden. Und warum holen ihr euch nicht ein paar Scorum Coins und fangt an, eure eigene Scorum Power aufzubauen?

Never thought I'd see the day Scorum would actually conquer very tall heights.. but I think they may be edging on to something fantastic here. Hive, Scorum, Yes!
