Thank you for promoting new communities. I recently started https://peakd.com/c/hive-140905/created which is for Real Estate Investors. LeoFinance is a great channel but it doesn't deal much with real estate. I am in active in another non-hive community called BiggerPockets that only deals with real estate investing. There is very strong interest in that community and I think Hive can be similar in scale. Let me know the best way to grow!
