Great question. It really depends. Not sure if you know: I split my effort into writing, editing, and formatting.
To "write" - it doesn't take a lot of time. Maybe 33 to 66 minutes (33 minute is one session).
I don't edit separately on Hive (as it consumes more time).
So what I do is edit and format together. As you can see, creating these images consumes time. Therefore I don't set any restriction. Sometimes one hour or two hour. Even three.
Also, markdown is new to me. Taking all these factors into account, 3-4 hours. I remember once I edited + formatted for straight 6 hours for this piece. Broke my body as I slept at 6 am. But it was absolute fun.
