Hello everyone, two days ago we presented the newbies that would be participating in the initiative in this post here. Today, we issue out their first task before we begin our meetings on discord.

So the task for the month goes as you read below.

NEWBIES INITIATIVE GOALS

One of the reason for setting goals is to develop a clear path, aim and direction towards personal growth. This is why this task comes first before every other task.

For your post, the following questions are what we would like you to answer:

What are your Hive goals by the End of the Initiative (In 3 months)?
How do you plan to achieve them?
What challenges do you think you may likely face trying to attain these goals?

Your Hive goals may be on how much you want to grow your account in terms of Hive power, Influence on Hive, and relationship built on Hive. Feel free to share your thoughts, and express them in your write up.

Una de las razones para establecer objetivos es desarrollar un camino, un objetivo y una dirección claros hacia el crecimiento personal. Por ello, esta tarea es la primera antes que cualquier otra.

Para tu puesto, nos gustaría que respondieras a las siguientes preguntas

¿Cuáles son tus objetivos en Hive para el final de la iniciativa (en 3 meses)?
¿Cómo piensa alcanzarlos?
¿A qué retos crees que te puedes enfrentar al intentar alcanzar estos objetivos?

Tus objetivos en Hive pueden referirse a cuánto quieres hacer crecer tu cuenta en términos de poder en Hive, influencia en Hive y relaciones construidas en Hive. Siéntete libre de compartir tus pensamientos y expresarlos en tu escrito.

Additional Requirements

If HBD stays in the $1.00 range, we highly encourage newbies to set the rewards of their posts at 100% Hive Power. If you have questions on how to do this, feel free to contact us.

We expect Newbies to power up as much Hive as possible in their first month. Here, you can learn how to convert HBD to HIVE.
Participating newbies are expected to publish often, at least one post a day. This is possible to attain. That's why we would like to recommend you joining The 30 Days Blogging Challenge hosted by The Blogging Challenge Community, which would help to achieve the goal of daily blogging on Hive.
Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-initiative-posts under the "ALIENTO" category newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. We will be looking for healthy comments and supporting them through upvotes or tips via the @peakd tipping system.
Engaging with other newbies is a very important requirement. Comments give life to the blockchain, and they are a great way to meet new friends and expand our vision of Hive.

Newbies can ask us anything they want to know about Hive or blogging-related topics in our SMILE DISCORD SERVER under the #help-chat in the "ALIENTO" category, and we will also have help channels in The Hive Classroom Discord Server.
You'll get to know new authors, communities, and initiatives.
Finally, by completing tasks, commenting, posting, upvoting, and making transfers, Newbies will beat at least part of Hive's learning curve. They will be ready to grow as Hivers and become part of this thriving community.

Please, can I get a link to a post that guides one on manipulating his hive wallet. Also, when someone vote on posts,does it affect hive and by how much. Thank you for a reply.

You can manipulate only your vote. What you want to achieve with that? Do you want automatically to vote for somebody? Do you want to get it in a curation trail?
