We were engaged in bachata, but now the quarantine has been declared due to the Crown virus and we are not allowed to meet and dance.
And so our coach started a Challenge today, where everyone has to do squats and push-ups at home.
He called it #workhardplayhardATHOME challenge )
But I like to do gymnastics outside. It was raining today and I was doing my exercises in the rain.
I have a problem - I can't push myself off the floor at all! So I came up with a little bit of a different Challenge, I supplemented it with other exercises.
Here in the photo you can see how I push myself off the tree.
And also I suggested holding my arms parallel to the ground with a smile of 10 minutes. Try it, very useful exercise! If you can hold your hands for 10 minutes - you're a hero! I can only 3 minutes and then my hands fall! This exercise is very useful for the arms and the shoulder girdle.
