The spirit of fasting for the whole month of Ramadan is obligatory and one of the 5 pillars of true Muslims. People here observed the holiness and it's time for giving the needy one.

Before the first day of Ramadan, the government will give an earlier salary and part of the money they received will be given to all poor people.

Last previous years, my employer bought a truckload of rice, sugar, water, flour, Quaker oats, and juice. These are the basic needs of the people during fasting. This time is something different, it's already packed and every day, they called certain people to get their gift of love from my boss. It's the result of covidvirus19. We must follow the social distancing procedure imposed by the government.inbound2810330605429169969.jpg

We started fasting last Friday, April 24, 2020, The the firs of the fast will happened after we heard the call of prayers during sunset day of Ramadan. Ramadan is the 10 month of Hijraa calendar which means, two months more to go we have to celebrate and start the new year.

As usual, there's no food and water after the sunrise until sunset. It falls in GMT time from 4:30 in the morning to 6:28 in the afternoon. The breaking of the fast will happen every day after we hear the call of prayer.

And of course, I have to cook delicious food and it is also like the crescent of the moon.

There are a lot of foods and drinks we eat together. The abundance of blessings in this family is filled by God because they are so good Samaritan.

Yesterday, I went to the store to buy some stuff for myself. I want to cook Filipino food and will share it with my fellow Filipinos nearby. We are still in lockdown but still manage to out with complete gear and self-defense.inbound6432711691805950724.jpg

And before closing my story, I would like to share that my pets are not on fasting. They are always full. Feeding them made my sublime feeling to a more wonderful thing inside of me. I love them as ever.
