Cheddar Cheese Crepe Recipe/ Kaşar Peynirli Krep Tarifi (TR / ENG)

Hello everyone.
The pleasure of family breakfasts on Sundays is something else. The whole family gets together at the breakfast table. Of course, family meals also taste better.
For me,breakfasts on Sundays have been special since I was a child.

Now I will share with you a recipe that will be the star of your Sunday breakfast.
Cheese crepe. I am sure that you will stop making classic pancakes and will make this recipe at every opportunity.

Let's start explaining our today's recipe.

Cheddar Cheese Crepe Recipe

Necessary materials

  • two eggs
  • Two teaspoons of water or milk
  • two teaspoons of flour
  • Grated cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, add flour, egg, oil and water. Whisk until you get a smooth pancake batter. Then we add some salt.

Then we put a very small amount of butter in the pan. After the pan is heated, we put some of the pancake batter into the pan.

Add some grated cheddar cheese on the dough.

We fold the dough in half and bake both sides of the pancake nicely.

This time I prepared my crepe with cheddar cheese. You can add different flavors if you wish.
It's a delicious crepe.

You can eat it as a hot starter for breakfast or dinner.

Gerekli Malzemeler

  • iki yumurta
  • İki çay bardağı su veya süt
  • iki çay bardağı un
  • Kaşar peyniri rendesi

Geniş bir kase içerisine un, yumurta, sıvı yağ ve suyu ekliyoruz. Pürüzsüz bir krep hamuru elde edene kadar çırpıyoruz. Daha sonra bir miktar tuz ekliyoruz.

Daha sonra tavaya çok az miktarda tereyağ koyuyoruz. Tava ısındıktan sonra krep hamurundan bir miktar tavaya koyuyoruz.

Hamurun üzerine bir miktar kaşar peyniri rendesi ekliyoruz.

Hamuru ikiye katlıyoruz ve krebin her iki tarafını da güzel bir şekilde pişiriyoruz.
