Hello everyone 👋🏾 This is my very first article here, and I’m really excited to be part of this community and i discovered Ecency after doing a lot of research on YouTube and while searching i eventually found Ecency, and that’s when I learned that I could actually write and share my thoughts or opinions on different topics or my little experiences i have while growing up or my recent experience. What really caught my attention was the idea that I could also make new friends here and that means a lot to me because, to be honest i don’t have many friends in real life. So the possibility of connecting with others on this platform feels really special and hopefully i get to make friends.
Another thing that stood out to me is that people can also earn Hive to be honest I’m still not sure exactly how the earning part works but i believe that as I spend more time here i will get to understand it better and i am really looking forward to learning and growing in this space and meet new people.
My name is Peace but my grand father gave me a nickname paddy since i was a kid and now I'm 20 years of age and the name is still stucked with me. I’m from Nigeria, a country I’m very proud of and Nigeria is often called the giant of africa and is probably the most well known african country around the world based on everything actually from music to football and the economic aspect.
Life in nigeria is not always easy for everyone especially the ones coming from the rural areas, but we are strong and determined people who keep pushing to get things done no matter what, although recently, there are some negative things that's attached to we Nigeria like we are all fraudsters or criminals, that might be true but that doesn't mean all of us are like that. There are so many good and kind people here, and I’m proud to be one of them.
I'm born into the family of 4 and I'm the last born which means, i get to have everything the others couldn't get and also i get to be the maid of the house and I'm being forced to do things i thought i would escape from. I gave few friends with me and i can't do without them and they are just 3 and their names are favor, love and divine and i met them in school and since then they are the only friends i have
During my free time, i pretend to know i can draw and i actually do think i was good but i know with time and practice I would get better and these are some of my personal drawings.
When i look at some if my old drawings now, i usually tell myself that my friends are liars because they do tell me it was beautiful then and I actually believed them and if I checked it now, they look so ugly... I'm sure they didn't want me to feel bad that was why they told me it was beautiful.
My favorite color is black, if I'm not dressing in black, whenever i take pictures, i will definitely use black and white effects. I actually don't know the idea behind me liking black as a color so much and it is now even part of my dressings
I have never really been a big fan of sports that require a lot of physical energy though i watch football sometimes and the truth is because i am not a very energetic person by nature even looking at my stature. So running around, jumping or doing anything that takes a lot of strength or speed just isn’t my thing and because of that i usually stay away from those kinds of sports but i can cheer up or watch people involved in it.
For me, i prefer games that involve more thinking than using physical energy and that's why i enjoy games like chess, draughts, sudoku, and scrabble, these types of games don’t require you to be physically active but they do challenge your mind and mental capacity and they help me stay sharp and focused and I find them more relaxing and fun. I like using my brain to solve problems and come up with strategies, so mental games are just perfect for me than physical sports.
I would gave love to share more about myself but i think this is enough for now and i guess till next blog before i write another thing.

STOPI also applied a similar trick more or less with drawing, looking back at old drawings always make me cringe but I guess it's part of the progress of becoming better at the craft. Mental games are not much of a favourite for me, but I appreciate its effect on expanding my mind and developing it stronger like a muscle.
