Easy Spicy Stir-fried Rice Noodles Recipe

Hey guys! Have you ever craved vegetables and noodles, and also spiciness at the same time? If you have, I got a perfect recipe for ya😍

I made spicy stir-fried rice noodles the other night, and I loved tasting a lot of vegetables with some noodles. You can add any vegetables as much as you want, and also you can use different noodles like egg noodles, ramen noodles, vermicelli, even pasta noodles.

It's so easy to make, and you can add lots lots of vegetables so it's super healthy! I also add pepperoncino to make spicy but if you are not a big fan of spicy food you can totally skip it ;)

Easy Spicy Stir-fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients

• 80g rice noodles (soak at least 1 hour in cold water)
• 1/4 cup onion (sliced)
• 2-3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
• 1/4 cup of red bell pepper (sliced)
• 1/2 cup Bok choy (sliced)
• 1/4 cup carrot (sliced)
• 1/2 cup cabbage (sliced)
• 1/2 cup80g bean sprouts
• 2-3 dried pepperoncino (or dried pepper)
• 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp
• 1/2 Tbsp of sugar
• 2 Tbsp cooking oil
• A pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions:

Heat up the medium-sized pan or wok, and add 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Quickly fry the sliced garlic and dried pepper.

Add onion, carrot, red bell pepper, bok choy, and cabbage in order, and stir-fry quickly over medium-high heat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. When the vegetables started to get softer, add rice noodles and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce, 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp of sugar, and stir-fry them over medium heat for 3 minutes.
4. Lastly, add beans sprout and stir-fry for 2 more minutes! They are ready to come to your belly!
