Hi all, I am Dilhani from Sri Lanka and It is pleasure to join as a member to hive group.
Talking about myself, currently working as a Librarian which was my dream with the passion of reading. in that case I feel that I am the luckiest person as I am fortunate to get my career with books. Don’t you think….
As a former employee at the main library in University of Peradeniya the experience I have gained in library sector was really vast and much more helpful to work in independent and carried a library by my own self. Along with all, I am proud to say that that I have reached to the best in my career with a joyful satisfaction.
Being a mother to two lovely angels makes my self as a busiest person. I have to solve all their problems including, where are my shocks, I can’t eat these, I need a new book, my friend hits me, sister hist me and so on…. Hence, I have to play a role of mother, friend, judge, player, servant, and many more based on the circumstances. I know every mother have the same situation and consequently life is beautiful.
Oh, I almost forgot, the big one who always forget where his underwear was. If I wasn’t there, I am pretty much sure that he will definitely walk away without waring it. My loving husband, working as a Logistic Manager (I don’t know what he is exactly doing) in a privet company and a part time tutor in Science (yep, he knows science, I am sooo lucky…) He is the best farther to two angels and to my self as well.
From my childhood, I always wanted to make foods. you know that Sri Lanka is a Spice country with extreme variation of spices and natural food additives which allows to make the tastiest food in whole over the world. (Yes, whole over the world, any doubt, please call me) So cooking is one of my favorites and I mostly preferred to work with spice categories. We have a moto in our family, I cooked and we all travel, yea we love to travel, even though my husband gets a leave once in a blue moon, we travel to many places in Sri Lanka and I personally more like to go hill country such as Nuwara Eliya (try to google it) where freeze my body.
I actually found about Hive while wondering around in you tube and I was more curious as this is a unique platform to share our experience with designated community. I always believe that social medias are tools to improve your experience, knowledge and expand the friendship network. It is our responsibility to use is wise and meaningfully.
