The fact that Steempeak is growing so much so quick is very good news for the Steem blockchain. Although many of the new users are coming from Steemit and other interfaces, this projected growth is not only from users taken but from new users acquired. And even discarding that fact, it wouldn't matter; the fact that so many users in so little time have decided to migrate to Steempeak means that a new great interface has been born which is much more effective at pleasing users.
This has been a huge problem for Steem for years. Interfaces were not friendly enough and users kept running away. Finally, we can proudly show a friendly interface.
A great promise is shown by this short past
There is much work to do to make it work for the general population. The new tasks involve adapting the product for mobile and for the casual users who come looking for a quick investment or a quick social network to participate in.
We must also appreciate how far we've come through the years. What this graph implies is that in just a little time, Steempeak has grown this much, and we are still in the middle of it, with extra quick development taking place every day. Steempeak staff has been implementing user-requested features for months.
Face forward toward inevitable growth
Now with the advent of communities, there's much to look forward to. The growth graph will keep going up and up, not only for Steempeak but for Steem itself. Our big investments are sure to keep growing thanks to the collective effort of the community.
It can be said that we were stagnating through late 2018 and early 2019 due to the very slow and painful bear market. Now we can see enormous growth that has been established without even a bull market. The STEEM token has barely grown in value from 0.1 to 0.2 USD, yet Steempeak is being indexed more and more often on Google with more than 1200 articles detected in February and a lot of natural interaction with these Google results.
Let's keep our eyes open for the signs and let's keep up the good work. We will be programming some useful tools for Steem, though it won't be shared on this account, so keep browsing and supporting all good projects that promise to make the userbase more comfortable and optimistic.
