Crocodile
All photographs captured from Kolkata zoological garden. The crocodile looked like stone and had no movement (I was there almost half an hour). According to the authority of the zoological garden, the crocodile sleeps most of the time in the sun.
It was massive and very calm.
The Kolkata zoo located at Alipore is a very popular attraction with the locals. We had been here and spent half a day.
It is India's oldest zoological park (as opposed to royal and British menageries) and a big tourist attraction in Kolkata, West Bengal
Crocodilians are more closely related to birds and dinosaurs than to most animals classified as reptiles, the three families being included in the group Archosauria. Despite their prehistoric look, crocodiles are among the more biologically complex reptiles. Unlike other reptiles, a crocodile has a cerebral cortex and a four-chambered heart. Crocodilians also have the functional equivalent of a diaphragm by incorporating muscles used for aquatic locomotion into respiration.

We were part of the steemit family with a promising project (HFH) to help people in need. There are so many suffering people around us. They are homeless, have a very hard life, work only for bread all day, children do not study, and so on. Can't we help them?? Our little help can make them happy and helpful, and our little approach for kids can lead them to study. We know these activities are very difficult as there are so many suffering people in every developing country like India. We are not a big team. We are just young people, we are all students. But we want to start here as we believe in the community. Thousands of collaborations with little help make us more likely to go.
