Doing as much as possible where possible, increases the potential margins in the future by saving now and not paying as much interest on debt later. I hope we get a bit more though, as the cost of heating monthly is significant and getting the exchanger changed offsets the loan repayments.

Our house need renovation, but we don't have the money (and commitment) to do so, so I understand this.
