Scams are real but we can be protected from it if we are enlighten about it.

Agree. What do you suggest for people to be enlightened?

yea i can not really say perharps if their is an enlighten program for them or seminar or forum which talks about the topic and teach them how to afvoid it

I wonder if you read my post because I have few tips in there. Unless you want to be an ethical hacker, you don't need a seminar or training to avoid scams.
