OK friends on this occasion I will post or a little story about how we deal with summer in our country that is experiencing it.
talking about summer is a very interesting thing for me because we will make ourselves have natural challenges that are aimed at us because in summer what is our attitude, and we have already felt how hot we are when hit by the dry season or even summer a few years ago the world was hit by summer and even referred to as global warming meaning in various foreign countries hit by the name summer.
and the thing we have to do when we are being hit by the summer or the dry season is we must always be close to water or our body must have high fluids the way is we have to maximize our body by drinking more water in a day. because with the amount of fluid in our bodies, our bodies will feel fresh and even fresh when in a situation of summer or dry season.
and the thing we have to do when we are outside our home is we must always carry an umbrella because with an umbrella the heat will be eliminated. and don't forget to drink lots of water because we have seen how many people die because their bodies are not ready to face the name of heat and fluids in the body is also lacking because that's why our body's immune is gone or down just like that causing sudden death.
the main thing to do when the dry season comes or summer is we have to consume lots of water routinely and regularly because our body's immune system will rise so our body will be stable in summer and don't forget to bring an umbrella when we are doing activities outside our homes.
OK, my friends, that's my short post on the day about how we deal with the hot weather or the dry season coming in a country. I hope this post is useful for many people.
