Hola a todos me presento ante ustedes, he aquí mi introducción a la cadena de bloques #Hive.

Mi nombre es Samuel, conocido en redes sociales, como ElLocoDeLaCalistenia, tanto en TikTok, como en Youtube. Al final del post os pongo los enlaces. Tengo 24 años, y soy de España. Doy gracias a @manuelramos por hacerme formar parte del proyecto de atletas que practican Street Workout y Calistenia, con la cadena de bloques de #Hive.

Conocí este deporte desde pequeño y siempre quise realizar aquellos movimientos imposibles y ejercicios tan visiblemente bonitos.
Por ello me puse a investigar.
Al final, comencé poco a poco gracias a la ayuda y consejos de un atleta profesional.
Comencé ha obtener poco a poco fuerza, con flexiones, dominadas, fondos, planchas, etc.

Luego cuando conseguí mi primer muscle up, llego el segundo y el tercero y así sucesivamente, logrando dominar poco a poco mejor mi cuerpo.
Logré ganar una de las pruebas mas duras llamada Ninja Warrior en mi pueblo.
A día de hoy, estoy satisfecho con el progreso.
A pesar de las dificultades, pruebas, problemas y otras circunstancias, siempre he vuelto y con mas ganas.

My name is Samuel, known in social networks as ElLocoDeLaCalistenia, both in TikTok and Youtube. At the end of the post I put the links. I'm 24 years old, and I'm from Spain. I thank @manuelramos for making me part of the project of athletes who practice Street Workout and Calisthenics, with the #Hive blockchain.

I knew this sport since I was a child and always wanted to perform those impossible movements and exercises so visibly beautiful.
That's why I started researching.
In the end, I started little by little thanks to the help and advice of a professional athlete.
I started to get stronger little by little, with push-ups, pull-ups, pull-ups, pull-downs, planks, etc.

Then when I got my first muscle up, I got the second and the third and so on, gradually mastering my body better.
I managed to win one of the toughest races called Ninja Warrior in my hometown.
To date, I am satisfied with the progress.
Despite the difficulties, trials, problems and other circumstances, I have always come back and with more desire.

Mi objetivo con #Hive es poder dar a conocer esta disciplina de manera dinámica y divertida mediante videos en los que muestro nuevas formas, movimientos, trucos, retos y challenge que incentivara al aumento y curiosidad de posibles nuevos atletas curiosos. Y poderles ayudar en lo que ellos necesiten, de acuerdo a mi experiencia tanto personal, como profesional.

My goal with #Hive is to make this discipline known in a dynamic and fun way through videos in which I show new forms, movements, tricks, challenges and challenges that will encourage the growth and curiosity of new curious athletes. And to be able to help them in whatever they need, according to my personal and professional experience.
