Hello to everybody!

It's My Introduction

This is my introduction post to Hive. You all can know about me.

Who am I??

Here is Shawon Shikder. I want to start by expressing my gratitude to Crazy Gamer (@e-mc2) for exposing me to this fantastic community. I am 24 years old. I am from Bangladesh. In 2017, I completed both my H.S.C. and S.S.C. Every class has a few outstanding students who raise their hands before the teacher has completed asking questions. They are admired by classmates who think they will succeed in life and eventually change the direction of human history. These exceptional students graduate with gold medals, the admiration of their professors, and excellent university rankings. If they are unsuccessful, who will be? Everyone concurs. But to be honest, the reality is different than what we think. In fact, the world is occupied by backbenchers.

What is my current profession?

Now I stopped my study for some reason. I'm an A.C. technician, and I have been working for a company called Aziz Trade and Engineering Limited. I've been working for the last 1.5 years. In this company, I learned many techniques about air conditioners, like how to install, maintain, and service them. There are many types of A.C., But the most popular are the sprint type, duct type, wall mount type, child type, et cetera.

What do I like to do in my free Time?

Some Moment in Kaptai Lake.

I also like to travel. In 2020, I visited Qatar for work. I spent one year and eight months in Qatar. Qatar is the smallest of the Arab countries in the Middle East, located on the coast of the Persian Gulf. To the south of Qatar is Saudi Arabia, and to the west is the island nation of Bahrain. Like the Arabian Peninsula, Qatar is a hot and dry desert region. But Qatar is economically very prosperous. Qatar is the third-richest natural oil and gas country in the world. The country has been at the centre of Middle East talks since it severed diplomatic ties with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Egypt, one of Qatar's allies in the Middle East. I worked for a recycling company as a foreman. I have learned many things about recycling. How to recycle plastic with a crusher machine I've travelled to many places in Qatar. This is called a cornice. This corniche was constructed to reach from one end of the city to the other. This corniche runs right next to Corniche Street, connecting Doha's emerging West Bay district to the south city with Doha International Airport. This corniche now has a view of plenty of skyscrapers. Walking either early morning or late evening is ideal as it is just a lane.
Doha is a promising city in Qatar that offers a diverse variety of things you can do at night. Despite the ban on public drinking, options like rooftop bars, desert safaris, and shopping districts allow you to pass your night away. You can drink cocktails, smoke shisha, and even stroll on the artificial island. Friday and Saturday in Qatar are the weekends, so you can visit on these days if you want to enjoy the crowded party vibe.

Some Other Picture.

In Bangladesh, I visited many places. Travelling to every place makes your mind refreshed. You learn about many things when you travel to a new location. You can earn outer knowledge by travelling. A few months ago, I visited Kaptai Lake. Kaptai is originally the name of the largest artificial lake in Bangladesh. Located in the hilly district of Rangamati, this lake is one of my favourite places. I will mainly discuss a one-day trip to Kaptai in today's travelogue.

Although located in Rangamati, Kaptai can be entered from either Rangamati or Chittagong.

This road is one of the most beautiful roads I have seen in Bangladesh. Kaptai Lake is on one side, and the mountains are on the other. The combination of these two made us happy. The whole body was getting refreshed as it breathed in the clean air.
I also travel to Chandranath Hill. Chandranath Hill (Chandranath Hill) is 4 km from Chittagong's Sitakunda Bazar. A hill to the east is one of the visitors' most popular trekking routes. The height of Chandranath Pahar is approximately 1020 feet. There are two routes to climb Chandranath Pahar. The road to the right is almost all stairs, and the road to the left is all hilly, with some broken stairs. The path on the left is easier to go up, and the stairs on the right are easier to go down, but you can use the way you wish.

After a 1- to 1.5-hour trek, we will meet at Sri Sri Virupaksha Temple. A special pooja is performed in this temple on Shivratri or Shivratudashi Tithi every year. A huge fair is held in Sitakunda around this puja. Sitakunda is a Hindu living in Chandranath Pahar area
Devotees organize a big fair yearly in the Bengali month of Falgun (English February–March), known as Shivardudarshi Mela. Many saints and men and women from different countries, including Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Thailand, participated in this fair.

This picture captured in Khoiyachara Waterfall

One hundred fifty feet from Virupaksha Temple is Chandranath Temple, situated on top of Chandranath Hill. On about 100 feet of this 150-foot road, you have to climb steep hills where it is very difficult to hold yourself. Standing at the top of Chandranath Hill, you can see the ocean on one side and the solitude of the mountains on the other. You will be fascinated by looking at the green trees of the high and low mountains. The eyes will be filled with peace.
A few years ago, I visited the Khoiyachora waterfalls. Khoiyachora Waterfall is one of the largest waterfalls in Bangladesh, located in Mirsrai, Chittagong. Tourists are constantly fascinated by the nine steps and the aesthetic beauty of the Khayachara Jharna. It is difficult to ignore the appeal of the unique Khayachara in the green, winding paths of the village and the hills, so nature lovers have called the Khaiachara fountain the queen of fountains in Bangladesh.

The location of the Khaiyachhara Spring is 4.2 km from Baratakia Bazar. Passing through bamboo groves, crooked field lanes, hilly paths, ridges, streams, and mountains, all the tiredness of the journey is relieved when one encounters the trickling waterfall. Bathing in the cool water of the fountain fills the mind with unearthly tranquillity.

DIY Projects

I did many DIY projects for my school and some for myself.
