RE: Devotion #3: You Are Born To Create

Hi @Soyrosa, you nailed it with "made to create."

So glad to see this:

first was photography and I will always love it

making scarfs from wool and vintage silks through wet felting

I'm definitely thinking about programming,

You have certainly turned the uncommon - into common. And now moving forward with programming is a great idea. Let's continue with this flow. :)

:-) Thank you! Yes, programming or maybe UX/UI design are my interests as I can combine 'creating' with something called 'job opportunities' ;-) Lol! But I change my mind regularly, lately I've been thinking about studying orthomolecular therapy as well, healing people through (mainly) food. Who knows :D

That's fantastic.

But I change my mind regularly.

Hehe. Well, we are all the same. :)

Exploring Orthomolecular Therapy, and it almost feels like the concept of "clean eating" minus the medicinal part. Pretty cool!

Who knows :D

I would love to see what happens in the next 3 years. Programming, or therapy, or literally conquering this planet! Maybe all three.

Exploring Orthomolecular Therapy, and it almost feels like the concept of "clean eating" minus the medicinal part. Pretty cool!

Yes! It's part clean eating and part 'eating for recovering the damaged body' - I've just finished reading a book from a 'normal' doctor where she explains all the illnesses she encounters in her doctors office which she believes can be heal all through food. She however only can do 5-10 minute consultations (insurance demands that :-() so she is starting to heal through Orthomolecular therapy next to her general practitioners office. She calls her book (although it's in Dutch so I have to translate a bit freely): 'Did I study medicine or healing?', referring to the shortcut of prescribing medicine to patients while it's often not necessary or even bad for the patient.

Oh I should write a blog about this because it's truly fascinating and I'm rambling on :D Maybe this enthusiasm is a sign I should at least dig into this topic a little deeper :D

You know, thank you! I simply love comments like these! You literally spoke your heart out. And yes, a blog post is a must. :D

Hehehe - I will! Thanks - it was great having this convo with you :-)

Absolutely glad here! Let's enjoy this journey! :)
