One fine evening, my 12 years old asked me
what Sages do??
The question took me by surprise, and after thinking for a while I said, they use to worship and meditate in deep jungle under a tree, to get to the divine holy path. Not sure how correct it is but , Atleast this is what I remember of my teaching from my childhood. There used to be many in Indian mythology sages but not in present.
Soon my lovely kid brought me this amazing picture of a Sages worshipping under a Tree
This was some brilliant thought process that took her to draw from her imagination. As soon as she learned about the Sages, she went inside her room to work upon something. I did doubted, but never thought she will bring up this.
With her fine art hand, she coloured a white sheet paper into a colourfull piece of paper. I know it took good amount of effort to colour them entirely.
She was very sure in colouring each part of the sheet and making it look attractive.
It didn't took long to get to see what cooking on those cute little mind and those colourful paper started getting a look of dawn. The center of the paper which was intentionally left blank started looking like a Sun, and now it looks like a dipping Sun at the backdrop of the evening moment.
Later, she made sure to draw a thin figure right at the white circle. Giving a final touch with a Sages as it was sitting under the Tree at the backdrop of a setting Sun and meditating to its holy path.
It was totally a surprise package, and I felt quite good, that she instantly understood what a sages usually do to get on top of the divine knowledge. Hope you lovely drawing by the bn lovely cute soul.
