Hello @ocd family hope you are all fine with the blessings of Almighty Lord and safe from the deadly virus covid 19 , today I am going to write about forgiveness which is most important weapon of human beings so let's start.

As human beings we are guaranteed at one time or another to suffer from betrayal, conflict, loss and pain. We will encounter betrayal and conflict in our families and communities.

When we were child if I take my example my parents taught me don't slap any other child they create our mind free from selfishness and taught forgive others at the same time when we are getting old our society is so good but some culprits take us into negative sense.

It is important to remember that forgiveness does not happen all at once. You cannot achieve forgiveness by covering up your genuine hurt feelings there are times when it is important to fully experience feelings of grief and rage and despair and pain before we can move on, there are also events in your life that you believe to be absolutely unforgivable. But sooner or later for your own good your heart will realise that you need to let go.
As my teacher said the Gandhi of Cambodia said to thousands of refugees who had suffered enormously, remember these teachings from Buddha, hatered never ceases by hatered but by love alone is healed this is the ancient and eternal law.
Sometimes the only thing you can do is let it go.
