People love money so we are on our favourite topic from where the money comes to our posts, I will try to keep it as simple as possible.
There are two things you need to understand in this case which are like
Hive power & inflation
So, let’s understand first HIVE Power
hive power(HP):-Hive is a token we all know and when we locked that token in hive wallet then it becomes hive power, hive power is the main thing from where the money comes to your post.
Inflation:- we know what is Inflation, that’s isn’t same for hive blockchain also there is little percentage of inflation in hive which increase the supply of hive by few millions every year, that inflation is used to reward everyone on the blockchain like witnesses(miners) , people who locked hive (hive power) , content creators, curators & DAO fund
Till now we have understand what is hive power & Inflation now we came to our main topic how post get money.
When you create content and person with hive power upvote( like ) to your post then based on his holdings the reward comes to your post from the inflation

Not based on the holding. Inflation, yes true, precisely the reward pool of PoB.
HP(influence tokens) is a tool to distribute/redistribute the reward using upvote/downvote. But that does not equate to "money comes from HP". Because even if a curator does not vote, 65% of the reward pool is still being created & distributed among the authors and curators. It is a separate thing that whether you are a beneficiary of that reward pool or not. So in either case, whether someone votes you or not, the reward pool will continue to allocate 65% of the pool to the authors and creators. That means it is the reward pool that is paying you(or in other words, it is the Hive community that is paying you) and not the voter who is voting your content(albeit it is influencing the distribution of reward).
I think you are talking in deep technical, as this is about basics I keep it as simple as possible. But you comment is great thanks for reply.
