First off, I wish you a happy belated birthday. Second, I recently tried my hand at baking, and found it quite artful, yet it still doesn’t compare to what you put together here.. Something like a publication on food, the tarts here are an artisanal craft. I’m convinced it tasted good, certainly, but you made it look really good.

Thank you! So kind of you to say that. Those turned out pretty well, but my cakes and pies don't always look this pretty haha. But it is fun though, to try to make them look like they belong in a bakery😁
