Hello dears, it's been a while I've done this, to think I'll do this again is somewhat unbelievable but yet understable giving the circumstances that emerged over the past few weeks. I am for one happy to do this again, to let people know who I really am, what I've been up to, make new friends and get going already.

As a steemian that we were, sadly it'll be the last time I'll want to be called by that name [you know why already], we've been able to meet up via conferences/meetups where they were influx of ideas, meets and greets, connect and new family made. It's been a wonderful experience for people who who were in attendance. For some of who were unavoidably absent due to proximity, time or for some anonymous reasons, this is another golden opportunity to express yourself once again and that's what I'll be doing in my post today, I hope not to bore you.

About me

IMG_20200112_184623-01.jpeg

My name is Daniel, born into a family of 4 in a lovely YORUBA home in down south Nigeria. We have the family gender make up as 👧 👧 👦 👦, I hope you understand the emojis. I'd have shared my pictures as a boy but mom won't allow me but then take me as I am.

I grew up in the Southwestern part of the country, the environment is as warm and lovely, I'd want you to visit there someday. I would share some of the serene and inviting places you should visit if you're planning on visiting.

The culture of Nigeria is shaped by Nigeria's multiple ethnic groups. This makes her the country with the richest in cultural diversity

The country has 527 languages, seven of them are extinct. The six largest ethnic groups are the Hausa and Fulani in the north, the Igbo in the southeast, and the Yoruba predominate in the southwest, the Tiv people of North Central Nigeria and the Efik - Ibibio.

By now I know you're planning on visiting after the pandemic, no problem, you're very welcome.

What I have been up to

A good part of my life has been dedicated to growth in the following areas

  • Academics
  • Social relationship
  • Finance
  • Love life

Badging my first degree was phenomenal, it was a huge success on my path. I am proud to be an academician. I really didn't plan to be a content writer or knew there was an opportunity to express myself freely through words and get engaged on the social community while I was in the university but a few months after school I met the savior [steemit], it helped me rediscover and develop the needed skills to pull through.

My social life is as good as average, I do not do much of party, I drink ocassionally, I have a small circle of friends/colleagues. The process of developing myself has been majorly indoors. Safe to say, I have been practicing social distancing for some time now.

After my compulsory National youth service which is usually observed at the end of a successful study at the university or higher level education, I have worked for three different organizations which includes:

  • Agricultural sector
  • Mobile phones industry
  • Human and Finance services

A good part of me love to interact with people and help them with their needs based on what the company I work for has to offer. I love to explore other options in the nearest future.

What I love to do

  • I love to explore new places, share my experiences with them and make them see what it feels to be me in the world I'm coming from and to also learn what it feels to be them even if it's not too comfortable.

  • Teaching is my profession and I'd love to start professional practice once I have the required skills, it may take a few years but definitely, I will practice soon enough.

  • I love sports, my favorite sporting activity is Football games [UK] / Soccer [US]. I am a huge fan of Manchester United, the best club in Europe and beyond.

  • I take beautiful pictures of nature too

I want to reiterate my interest to be called the HIVEMAN as a fulfillment of the change in community. I also want to make the world a better place for myself and everyone in my world, there's much for everyone to contribute to making the world better. This is me, this is who I am, I strive to be a better me.

I wish to thank @anomadsoul @ocd @blocktrades for giving the HIVEMAN the opportunity to write again about myself. These are exciting times for us all.
