More walks & changing bad habbits

Habits seem to be tattooed on us, especially the bad over, that feel impossible to see it ever change and sometimes feel normal. Same feeling when looking up a high mountain and "thinking" how it would be impossible to get up there.. without using a helicopter.

It also feels even harder when trying to actually go up that high mountain after deciding you really want to get there. But so rewarding when you eventually get up there!

I learned finding a goal is one of best motivations and getting up that mountain to see the spectacular view is one of them. When changing my bad habits every small step in the right direction is a big step up that mountain.. even if you go one step up and two steps down, as long we keep moving forward!

Like an old car that sat for over 5 years, never ran or barley and expecting to make a race car out of the same components the next day.. that really is impossible or knowing something will break.

Sometimes taking pair of shoes, a backpack, a lot of water and aiming to get on top of a mountain.. is one of best exercises for the body, mind and soul, with huge amounts of fresh oxygen,an amazing view and calm thoughts as a reward!
