If I comment on ten posts per day before. I'm going to increase it to x2 (20).
Im always elated when I get a detailed comment like this from someone, it means you value the recipient and you're pleased to impact some knowledge in the person.
20 comments a day is a good number considering you're also going to get replies which will need your follow up.
It's the back and forth that matters, and that your comments are relevant and related to the post or person. If you keep that up you'll find you get more followers, more return-engagement and greater reward from an emotional and enjoyment perspective, then from a financial perspective also.
If you spread your comments between various people, those you know, a few you don't, some larger accounts, some smaller, you'll have a good spread of people responding and you may learn from those around you, get better at engaging, better and writing and your fun-factor will increase.
