Good day Hivers, how was your day? Hoping all is well there. Today was a very tired and fun day at work,lately this afternoon my boss set a meeting for all of us who are participating the feeding program. Every once a month our company with our active on hand boss will be having a feeding program around neighbors area to our company our boss did this program since 2007 on the day he started to build His school in our city for you to know by the way guys He is a Korean national and we just stop doing this program when the pandemic started and now we are at the new normal situation we can now slowly share the love and gave smile to the children not only for those children but also for the adults who will participate to our feeding program.
For the afternoon meeting it was just a short meeting because we are just setting up and choose for the leaders who will lead for the teachers and students who are voluntarily to help us for this program we had a 6 regular members together with our boss so the other five members including me would be the leaders and we got a total of five teams, team (A,B,C,D and my team E. After the meeting boss distributed the t-shirts that we are going to wear this coming saturday😍
At 8 o'clock pm we had our second and final meeting to organize well our program and procedure to get all things ready prepared. Tomorrow my team will prepare the sound system together with the chairs and tables. The other team also will be preparing the gifts, give aways and prizes because we are having some games and dancing also to enjoy the childrens,no one is excempted because the other teams are also preparing and printing out some balck and white animals drawings and plants to let the 1 to 10 year old enjoy coloring those animals and flowers while the 11 above will having their games.
Tomorrow would be a hard and fun day again because all the leaders we will be going to orient our members specialy those volunteer students because they are in a different nationalities we had students from Monggolia,Taiwan,Vietnam, Korea and Japan so they would also know what they are going to do and all yhe leaders will be handling them.

We are ready and well prepared to share smile, love and fun to all our neighborhood who will join us this coming Saturday and we will going to start at 10Am so before 8Am we need to prepare everything.See you this coming Saturday guys thank you for having your time reading my todays post, until next time.
