In relation to how we prepare our rice in Uganda..This is uniquely prepared. woow...you guys even have coco-nut rice. its my first to learn of that. Its a nice meal, very appealing to the eyes. I believe the taste is super awesome. Glad to learn of this type of meal for Nigerians.

Yes, coconut Rice tasted great too. We blend the coconut, extract the water and use it in cooking the rice. I'll post a recipe when next I make it. I'd love to learn Ugandan rice recipes too.
