Hello passionate friends and followers of this great ¨Amazingnature¨-¨AN¨-¨Community¨:  I think you've all noticed that I'm passionate about ¨nature¨:  and I love learning about it, especially when I walk in a forest or in a reserve like the one we have near home; Walking there, my walks always end up being true "scientific" walks:

¨arboterapia¨:

I think everyone will agree that people need to "balance" our "emotions":  and each one of us knows our body and knows what it really needs; in my case, I take advantage of Saturday to take a break to recharge my "energies". "Nature" has "healing" "properties" and by doing small things one can achieve the "balance" one needs; One of the things that works for me is walking without "sneakers" on the grass, something that gives me good results is hugging a "tree":  when people see me do this they look at me strangely, but if they investigated they would see the remarkable benefits we have from doing this simple action

¨Aechmea¨-¨weilbachii¨:

Whenever I visit this property, I'm always attentive, looking at everything around me, because you never know when you might come across a ¨species¨:  that you didn't know about, and for nature lovers, discovering something new is very exciting. You should know that, being in a place surrounded by nature, the simple fact of seeing a plant is giving you many ¨benefits¨: . If you take the time to enter the URL you can acquire valuable "knowledge" about the benefits of being in contact with plants

¨Solanum¨-¨sisymbriifolium¨:

What I like most about walking through the meadow, beyond all the benefits that walking brings to the body, is the possibility of discovering plants and being able to learn about them. This beautiful ¨planta¨:  is native to this area of the world. It has small red fruits that are edible and resemble a "tomato" fruit. The leaves and roots are "medicinal" and can be used to treat various conditions.

I always say that knowledge takes up no space, so it's good to incorporate information, especially about the attributes of plants. Knowing the secrets of plants can save a life on occasion. A few weeks ago, I was talking to a rural resident who grew up with her grandparents. As we walked through a meadow, she told me the names of "wild" plants, their uses, and their great health benefits.
