For example, you did not add my name to the beneficiary list as receiving 2% for using my image. Other requirements are also missing.

@crystalmoon, listing the names and images in your post is not the same as adding the names to your post as a beneficiary. Also, you must add the LMAC acount as a beneficiary. Just read the contest post.
Also, take a look at other members' posts in the LMAC community to see how it's done. Click on the Hive symbol button next to the post rewards amount. In your case, the 0.04
You add beneficiaries to your post in the ADVANCED section near the bottom. This must be done BEFORE you publish your post.
